Return & Refund Policy

At Zolena, every product is made with care in small batches. Because our products are personal care and beauty items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in its original packaging, sealed, and in the same condition as received.

To request a return, please contact us at Zolena.ca@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns must be approved before being sent back.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

* Opened or used skincare products
* Tallow face cream, serum, roll-ons, lip products, deodorant, body oils, scrubs, or hair masks once opened
* Sale items or promotional items
* Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your product is damaged, leaking, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund when approved.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with the order.

Allergy & Sensitivity Notice

Our products are made with natural ingredients. Please review the ingredient list before purchasing. Everyone’s skin is different, and we recommend doing a patch test before using a new product. We are not responsible for individual skin reactions or sensitivities.
