What is tallow?
Tallow is rendered beef fat that has traditionally been used for cooking and skincare. ZOLENA uses carefully prepared tallow in several of our cooking and beauty products.

What is the difference between Cooking Tallow and your skincare tallow?
Our Cooking Tallow is made specifically for food preparation and comes in delicious seasoned varieties such as Steakhouse, Vegetable, Maple Chipotle, and Everything Bagel. Our beauty products are formulated separately with skincare ingredients and are for external use only.

How do I use ZOLENA Cooking Tallow?
Use it anywhere you would normally use butter or cooking oil. It can be used for vegetables, potatoes, steak, chicken, burgers, stir-fries, roasting, bread, and many other recipes.

Do I need to refrigerate Cooking Tallow?
Follow the storage directions printed on your individual ZOLENA product label. Always keep the jar clean and use a clean utensil when serving.

What is Bone Broth Collagen?
